Cetros Support
Cetros Support refers to Software Support for Cetros Software Products. Cetros software is designed from the ground up to be easy to use with its graphical user interface, yet extremely powerful and flexible with the availablity to write plug-ins (only availabe in the Enterprise version of software). Our detailed user manuals also add to the experience of making our software easy to use.
From time-to-time DBAs may find themselves needing help with their configuration of Oracle. In those situations, Cetros offers three types of support - Silver, Gold and Platinum. Silver support is provided via email with a typical turn-around time of 8 business hours. Gold support is provided via telephone with a typical turn-around time of 8 business hours. Platinum support is provided via telephone with a typical turn-around time of 4 business hours. Support is also available on-site (for more information, contact Cetros sales). Support can be purchased at the time of need, in individual advanced incident (must be purchased at time software license is purchased), in bundle packs (must be purchased at time software license is purchased) and in the form of support contracts (must be purchased at time software license is purchased). Only the Enterprise version of INS-scribe and RPL-scribe products include support bundled with the product. The included support on select Cetors Software products can be upgraded at time of purchase for an additional fee.
When a support incident or contract is purchased, a support ID and serial number will be provided. This information will be required for you to obtain support for your product.
